Food-related book: FOOD AMERICANA

Hi! Today, I'd like to introduce a book called ”FOOD AMERICANA”.

This book is written by an American writer, David Page.

The book was published in 2021. The reason why he wrote the book is due to the pandemic, many shops are closed thus, the author thought American should rethink something as basic as how to eat. 

He is well known as a creator of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Diver and also he has won Emmy Award two times. 

As the title shows, the book tells the story of how Americans have formed a national cuisine from a world of flavors — and how that process continues today.


In this book ,11 kinds of cuisine are introduced. For example, pizza, ice cream and sushi!


Each chapters are separated and end of each of them, there are some recipes. Unfortunately, there are no pictures in the book, however, all the foods are very common thing in America so it is easy to find on the Internet. 


This book has about 200 pages so very easy to read but thanks to enough information, after finishing reading the book, you must satisfy with the contents!


I highly recommend this book in terms of length of the book and well organized content.
